March 2022 Beginner Boxing 8 Week Programme

Why not take part in  our 8 week  Beginners Boxing programme. The best place to start your boxing journey. Learn your stance punches and all the boxing moves.

Challenge yourself to master the “Noble Art” and see have you got what it takes it go the extra round!  Learn every punch in the book!  Hit and don’t be hit! No two classes are ever the same.  Each time you leave the gym you’ll have learnt another trick of the trade.

This programme is suitable for all levels of fitness. Classes are limited to 12 places, allowing extra space & safety, whilst being coached by one of our expert coaches.  Remember there is no where to hide in our gym!

This programme commences on Monday the 14th  March, & will run each Monday & Wednesday @7.00 pm for 8 weeks.
