This is the perfect way to get that “spring in your step”, get into great shape, learn a new sport, whilst being trained & motivated by our team of dedicated coaches, including two former Boxing Olympians & an International Athletics Champion. Our programme commences on Tuesday February 21st & includes 8 weeks training in our dedicated gym, boxing x 2 sessions per week (Tues & Thurs @7pm) & Strength & Conditioning x 1 session (Sat @10am).
