This programme is suitable for all levels of fitness and no boxing experience necessary. Classes are limited to 12 places, allowing extra space & safety, whilst being coached by one of our expert coaches. Remember there is no where to hide in our gym!
This programme commences on Monday the 4th October, & will run each Monday, Wednesday, Friday @7.00 am for 6 weeks.
