The fun filled programme involves two weekly sessions (Mondays and Wednesdays at 8pm) over 6 weeks at the National Stadium Gym on the South Circular Road in Dublin.
The programme costs €120 and includes handwraps and a whitecollarboxing.ie T shirt.
