When everyone is rushing for the latest “lose weight” quick buzz, we at whitecollarboxing.ie are applying a more proven and traditional approach. Boxing training is a great workout, it’s high intensity burns lots of calories. It also helps with building muscle, especially in the upper body. The mental aspect of trying to conquer a new skill, will keep you from getting bored and you will avoid the temptation to quit. We are coupling our boxing training with strength and conditioning classes to maximize the benefits. Our S & C classes are intense, but very enjoyable.
