Boxing Classes Dublin

If your getting fit in 2015 is your goal why not try our boxing classes. Whether you fancy climbing into a boxing ring for the first time or just want to learn how to correctly punch and jump rope our boxing classes are for you.

8 week boxing training programme starting on Monday, 19th January. For this programme we are putting particular emphasis on conditioning. Training will take place in our very own boxing gym in Harolds Cross Dublin 6. You will be trained and inspired by our team of top International and Olympic Coaches from the worlds of boxing and Athletics who will have you fighting fit in no time. The boxing sessions are Monday and Wednesday at 7pm with an option of sparring on Fridays from 6 to 9pm. The strength and conditioning classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am and 6pm on both days and a Saturday morning Strongman giving you plenty of choice. Places are limited!
